Most ESG software is built for companies that already have a sustainability team and a six-figure budget. Most ESG content assumes you already know what a materiality assessment is. That leaves a huge, fast-growing group of Indian companies — SME suppliers who just received their first customer questionnaire, mid-caps feeling the assurance glide path tighten — with nowhere good to start.
SustainMetric is built for that group first. We do it in two parts that are meant to feel like one continuous experience:
- Learn — an honest, plain-English knowledge base that explains BRSR and ESG reporting in the Indian context, without assuming you've read a GRI standard.
- Report — a guided tool, still in development, that turns your answers into a submission-ready BRSR draft, with the same plain-language help built into every field.
We're not a filing agent or an assurance provider. Every report we help you prepare still needs a registered assessor to assure it and your company to file it — we exist to make the preparing part something you can actually do yourself.
